12.0 SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND FEES
12.1 Consultancy services, such as audits, sprints and rollout support, are provided under a separate proposal or engagement terms agreed with you before work starts. Those terms take priority over these Terms for that work.
12.2 Digital products sold on this site, such as the Rebrand Rollout Toolkit, are sold on the terms in clause 12A.
12.3 For payments processed by Stripe, Stripe’s terms also apply to your payment. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12A DIGITAL PRODUCTS
12A.1 Price and payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken in full when you order.
12A.2 Delivery. After payment we email a download link to the address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If it hasn’t arrived within one working day, contact us and we’ll send it again.
12A.3 Licence. Each purchase gives one organisation a non-exclusive licence to use, copy and adapt the product for its own internal purposes, as set out in the licence document included with it. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the product or its templates, or use it to deliver work for multiple external clients without a commercial licence from us.
12A.4 Cancellation. If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel. Because digital content is delivered straight away, at checkout we ask you to agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the right to cancel once the download is provided. Business buyers have no statutory right to cancel.
12A.5 Faulty files. If a file is damaged or doesn’t open, tell us and we’ll replace it. If we can’t, we’ll refund you. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If the toolkit isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll consider a goodwill refund.
12A.6 Credit against a Rebrand Rollout. If you book a Rebrand Rollout within 60 days of buying the Rebrand Rollout Toolkit, we’ll credit the toolkit price, excluding VAT, against the Rollout fee. One credit per organisation; it can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred.
12A.7 No guarantee of outcome. The products provide a structured method and templates. They are not legal advice, an audit or a guarantee that your rebrand will succeed. You remain responsible for your own decisions, approvals, content and compliance.
12A.8 Liability. For business buyers, our total liability for any digital product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
